As the Creative Group Head of Coles digital, I saw the huge potential in Coles digital platforms.
This resulted in the social platforms becoming a revenue earners, the Facebook following increasing to over a million people in a year and higher engagement on Coles Online.
This is a reel of some of the social video content we produced in-house for the Coles social platforms.
36O˚ DIGITAL CHRISTMAS EXPERIENCE
To reduce foot traffic in-store over Christmas we encouraged Coles customers to shop online. We created an immersive online experience using new panorama technology and were the first retailer to ever combine a shopping function within the format.
The project resulted in an increase of the Coles iPad magazine user sessions by 225% from 200,000 per month to over 450,000 sessions during Christmas, significantly more than the previous year.
